Afghanistan produces 90% of the world's opium and last year harvested enough opium to produce more heroin than the world consumes. You will learn how the afghan opium crop goes from the fields and mountain valleys of this country to the hands of heroin dealers in the United States and how terrorists fill their coffers with cash in the process. You will also learn how organized crime groups in narco-trafficking have aligned with terrorists groups.
